Process Analyst LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Salt Lake City, UT (Onsite – Local Candidates Only) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8x5’s About the Role We are seeking a Process Analyst IV to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to demonstrate advanced functions during the interview process. This role will focus on billing inquiries, payment processing, research, and data management while collaborating with both internal partners and external clients. Key Responsibilities • Handle billing inquiries and payment processing • Conduct research, database reviews, and updates • Support permit creation and general data entry • Interact with internal partners and external clients in a professional manner • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operations Required Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in an analytical or process-focused role • Proficiency in Excel (lookup tables, indexing, scripting, data entry) – must be able to demonstrate skills in the interview • Strong analytical abilities (Excel, Power BI, accounting) • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) • Ability to lead, collaborate, and contribute effectively within a team • Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent Nice to Have Skills • Experience with SQL, API, or DAX programming • Background in the utility industry Why Join Us?
