Role description
We're seeking a Process Analyst with experience in quality analysis operations, ideally in the digital marketing or specifically the search engine marketing space. This freelance consulting opportunity is scoped November 17-December 31, 2025 for 210 hours.
Process Analyst Overview: The Process Analyst will lead the evaluation and documentation of the current SEM Intelligent Quality Analysis process, identifying inefficiencies within this 29-step process and recommending streamlined workflows. This role is critical in reducing complexity and aligning process improvements with business and compliance requirements.
Process Analyst Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and document the current 29-step SEM QA process alongside our SEM, AI and Workfront consulting leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with legal, IT, and business requirements.
• Co-lead requirements gathering for:
• Functional requirements
• Business and legal requirements
• Current State Processes and SOP's
• Stakeholders and user requirements
• Current operational gap and challenges
• IT, Security and compliance considerations
• Measurement/Metric(s) of Success
• Identify redundancies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation alongside the consulting team and SEM experts.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gather stakeholder input and validate findings.
• Co-lead development of future-state process maps and SOPs alongside the SEM Consultant, AI Consultant and Workfront Consultant, including:
• Process recommendation
• Functional requirements
• Technology considerations/integration points
• Implementation roadmap
• End deliverables for this consulting engagement include:
• Intelligent QA Current State Process Documentation
• Current state Process Doc
• Solution Design Document
• Future state process recommendation
• Future state automation considerations
• 2026 implementation roadmap
• Workfront considerations
Process Analyst Required Qualifications
• 8+ years in process analysis or operations within digital marketing or QA environments.
• Experience with workflow optimization and process mapping tools.
• Strong understanding of SEM and QA best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Experience within a heavily regulated industry
