Process Improvement Analyst II (Business Analyst with SAP Analytics)

Akkodis is seeking an Process Improvement Analyst II (Business Analyst with SAP Analytics) for a Contract position with a client located in Waltham, MA(100% Onsite). Rate Range: $40-50/HR on W2 without benefits. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors JOB TITLE: Process Improvement Analyst II (Business Analyst with SAP Analytics) EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract - LOCATION DETAILS: Waltham, MA(100% Onsite) SUMMARY • Six-month initial assignment with very high probability of extending but does not see a conversion happening • Location is Data Drive hybrid in the office 2-3 days a week. Not schedule, will pick days • Top skills, planning experience with SAP, someone that is super organized as far as project management skills, can work independently as projects are assigned they can research the work with SME’s and run with it. Must have Finance background. • The level of management they will be dealing with is pretty broad base, primarily director community but will also be giving feedback to higher levels of executives. • Travel is on 5%, not much, just if they may need to travel to a different office. • I cannot stress enough; this HM wants a Finance person not an IT person. • Does not want to have to teach, need to hit the ground running. Must have SAP, Power BI. Do not need to know intimately but need to know how financials flow through it. • Interview will be one virtual call with the HM and he may pull in one other person Skills and Qualifications • Proven project management, project implementation and change management experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong knowledge of financial processes and workflows • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), S4, SAP/HANA, PowerBI • 6+ years preferred in project management or business transformation with broad range of financial forecasting, budgeting and finance operations experience, or, management consulting, business transformation or process improvement. • Puts into practice Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or other process improvement tools • Advanced computer skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio • Passionate and inquisitive approach to solve problems to root cause • Effective collaboration and partnership capabilities • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information • Experience interacting with business and technical teams to define, develop and deliver improvements • Strong follow-through skills to ensure achievement of goals and delivery of expected outcomes • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple competing tasks and demands • Excellent planning and organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management or related business field Benefits: Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
