β’ The salary at conversion is 75k to 84k based on qualifications and experience. The candidate must be willing to accept that salary range as this range is non-negotiable.

β’ Partners and consults with agencies/departments, guiding the organization to higher levels of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making. Uses process improvement methodologies to analyze current processes, trends, and root causes, facilitate continuous improvement training and events, and provide metrics and solutions that improve efficiency and increase return on investment. Provides ongoing support to specific agency partners. In partnership with leadership, helps create stronger performance within larger teams of agencies. Employment is subject to the terms, conditions, and policies detailed in the Personnel Policies Manual (PPM). This position requires regular in-person presence as an essential job function.
β’ Provides process improvement and analytics expertise to leaders and employees across agencies and departments.
β’ Prepares training curriculum on process improvement, coaches and mentors Agency employees and leadership.
β’ Plans, coordinates, schedules, organizes, and facilitates various process improvement including, but not limited to, training, workshops, rapid improvement events, and process mapping. Continuously improves curriculum and training offerings.
β’ Supports agency and department leaders with strategic deployment design and planning.
β’ Champions process improvement training and facilitation for leaders, black belts, green belts, and other employees.
β’ Provides successful communication to managers on training opportunities, process improvement tools, successful implementation strategies, and other events via written and verbal presentations.
β’ Assists senior leadership in planning and designing process improvement strategies, project selection, and prioritization workshops, integrated with agency strategic objectives while tailored to specific needs.
β’ Writes reports that summarize findings, describe data collection techniques, and recommend implementation options for leadership approval.
β’ Revises procedures, processes, and/or methods to increase effectiveness, test alternatives approaches, assist in the installation of approved improvements/modifications, provide instruction to operating personnel, and perform follow-up to ensure defined outcomes are achieved.
β’ Supports facilitation of analysis and improvement events.
β’ Supports tracking innovations and improvements that result from trainees and improvement events.

Required Education & Experience
β’ Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, public administration, finance, management, or related field. Note: Four years of related professional experience may substitute for the required degree.
β’ Two years of professional experience analyzing work processes/problems and recommending solutions or significant experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
β’ Experience in performing data analysis with Excel, SPSS, Stata, R, or equivalent tool.
β’ Experience delivering training and facilitating groups of 5-30 individuals.
β’ Experience in analyzing business processes, programs, and policies then creating recommendations for improvement.
