Role description
A leading international restaurant group is looking to hire a new Process Improvement/Data Analytics Manger for Data Strategy on a part-time basis. The role will be for 3/4 days per week with 2 required onsite. This person will play a key role in reporting around employee relations and case management data in order to better inform the People Team. Some key responsibilities of the role: Managing data collection and reporting for sensitive employee investigations to be disseminated to internal and external stakeholders. Identifying trends and flagging these to leadership for follow-up. Collaborating with the People Team to update our case management system to better capture investigation data. Ensuring integrity of data that is collected by different staff members and teams. Finding creative solutions to handle situations where data exists in multiple environments. Presenting your findings to leadership on a monthly basis. It would also be highly beneficial if you have experience using Power Business Insights and a high level of Excel knowledge. This will include pivot table, power query etc. This role will be based in North London and will be 3/4 days a week with approximately 1 of those onsite in the office.
