Job Summary
We are looking for a Process Re-Engineering Analyst for a 6 month contract in San Antonio, TX. We will consider candidates in Austin however you will be required to be in office about 3 days a week.
We are looking for candidates that have experience and can lead efforts to simplify and optimize end-to-end business processes-especially in
high-volume, complex areas-by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable,
technology-driven solutions across lines of business.

Responsibilities
• Lead efforts to simplify and optimize end-to-end business processes-especially in high-volume, complex areas-by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, technology-driven solutions across lines of business
• Use AI/ML technologies, process mining and mapping tools, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze current workflows, uncover insights, and drive measurable efficiencies
• Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to assess existing processes, perform cost-benefit analyses, and design optimized states that align with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with Automation, AI, and Engineering teams to streamline manual tasks, reduce operational costs, and improve process speed and accuracy
• Develop and present clear, compelling project proposals and presentations to stakeholders, coordinating timelines, resources, and alignment across teams to ensure successful execution
• Support change management efforts by clearly communicating process changes and facilitating smooth adoption across impacted teams
• Apply strong analytical thinking and process improvement expertise to drive innovation, enhance both customer and employee experiences, and enable strategic growth
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or transformation
roles
Hands-on experience with process mining and mapping tools
Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools used in intelligent process automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data
insights into actionable recommendations
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage technical, business and
executive stakeholders
Additional Preferred Skills
Experience in the financial services industry
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Automation
Anywhere, UiPath)
