We are seeking a highly skilled AI Process Specialist to design, implement, and optimise automated processes and AI‑driven systems across our operations. This hybrid role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and integrating robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence into production and business processes. Key Responsibilities: Robotics & Automation • Analyse existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. • Design, develop, and implement robotic systems, automated workflows, and control solutions. • Configure, test, and deploy robotic solutions, ensuring reliability and performance. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality guidelines. Artificial Intelligence & Data • Develop and deploy AI/ML models to enhance automation, predictive maintenance, and decision‑making. • Use machine learning techniques to analyse operational data and identify optimisation opportunities. • Integrate AI capabilities into exisiting business processes, including machine vision, anomaly detection, and intelligent process control. • Collaborate with data teams to build pipelines, validate datasets, and ensure model accuracy. • Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies to drive continuous innovation. Cross‑Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, and QA teams to define automation and AI requirements. • Create detailed process documentation, technical specifications, and system architecture diagrams. • Train staff on new robotic and AI‑enabled systems and provide ongoing technical support. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data‑driven insights. Skills & Qualifications: • Degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Computer Science, AI, or related field. • Proven experience working with business functions to identify opportunities for automation usijt RPA/RPE and AI toolset • Strong knowledge of AI, RPA/RPE tools and techniques and experience of implementation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort • Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java. • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn) and data engineering concepts. • Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a plus. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Preferred Experience: • Hands‑on experience with RPA/ RPE and AI toolsets • Knowledge of machine vision systems, AI/ML integration, or digital twins. • Experience with CAD tools, simulation software, or robotic modelling. • Background in high‑volume manufacturing, logistics, or complex production environments.
