Procurement Systems Analyst (ERP Implementation Support) Pay Rate: $45/hour Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite) Type: Contract Overview This role sits at the heart of a major SAP S/4HANA + Procurement transformation, supporting the transition from Jaggaer to S/4HANA. As a Procurement Systems Analyst, you’ll play a hands‑on role in testing, data migration, training, and post–go‑live stabilization activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys fast‑paced project environments, thrives during system cutovers, and communicates confidently with business users. It’s not a traditional IT role and not a procurement buyer role—it’s a business‑focused ERP implementation support position. Key Responsibilities System Testing & Validation • Support SIT1, SIT2, and UAT testing cycles • Assist with load file verifications and data validation • Review and track PO migration activities • Support supplier change verification as needed Training & Documentation • Assist in creating and updating training materials for Jaggaer and SAP S/4HANA • Support delivery of post–go‑live training and office hours • Provide in‑office support to answer stakeholder system questions Go‑Live & Stabilization Support • Participate in hypercare and stabilization activities after go‑live • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary • Help ensure smooth adoption of new procurement processes and tools Analytics & COE Support • Assist the Center of Excellence with ad‑hoc analytics • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials • Support OneERP project activities between major milestones Key Skills & Experience • Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred) • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to multi‑task and manage competing priorities • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities • Independent thinker with a proactive mindset • Comfortable working in a dynamic, post–go‑live environment Ideal Background This role is well‑suited for someone who has: • Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems (not necessarily a developer) • Experience in procurement operations, business systems, or ERP transformation • Comfort working through testing cycles, data migration, and system cutovers • A hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach to problem solving Common Role Titles Candidates with experience in roles like these typically excel: • SAP Implementation Analyst • Business Systems Analyst (SAP / P2P) • ERP Deployment Support Analyst • Procurement Systems Analyst • SAP S/4HANA Cutover / Hypercare Analyst
