Role description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the implementation and tracking of supplier-improvement processes across multiple categories.
Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for supplier partnerships and innovation metrics and initiatives.
Assist in managing supplier led innovation pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document innovative procurement practices.
Maintain dashboards and tools to monitor progress against Supplier Performance Management and Innovation KPIs.
Conduct supplier research and benchmarking (industry, trends, etc.) to support strategic decision-making.
Support the team in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
Support team with any event planning activities related to supplier partnerships and innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in procurement, sustainability, or data analysis preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Familiarity with process improvements and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
