The Role
PRSfM is hiring a Procurement Data Analyst as a 12 month FTC to support our 2025 procurement strategy and transformation initiatives.
This role will focus on improving data integrity, streamlining contract renewals, supporting spend analysis, and preparing for the rollout of our new procurement system. You'll help ensure contract visibility, supplier alignment, and data readiness for strategic decision-making.
The Procurement Data Analyst will have both internal and external stakeholders, so relationship management is key, along with the ability to be creative in solution management. Your role with touch every department within PRSfM so you will learn fast how our end-to-end business operates.
Responsibilities
As our Procurement Data Analyst, you will be responsible for....
Procurement processes
• Developing ideas to improve data management across the end-to-end procurement process.
• Contributing to the development of our approach to supplier engagement and data management using the new contract lifecycle management system.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and supporting data collection and entry into the new system.
Data Consolidation and Cleansing
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of contract and supplier spend data.
• Identify incorrect supplier /contract records - duplicate, out of date, missing /expired contracts, errors.
• Collect and structure contract data from multiple sources into a centralised format.
• Locate and upload missing contracts (e.g. from SharePoint, suppliers, or stakeholder inboxes) to the central repository.
Data Analysis
• Analyse cost breakdowns, pricing structures, and supplier spend trends.
• Document reasons for spend and flag unknowns for follow-up.
• Support the development of a spend taxonomy by category.
Supplier Onboarding
• Verify supplier documentation and ensure accurate logging of contract details.
• Ensure legal instructions are completed correctly.
System Transition Support
• Lead data cleansing and standardisation efforts to support integration with the new contract/procurement lifecycle management system.
• Apply data governance best practices, including naming conventions, version control, and data quality metrics.
• Assist in developing and maintaining data input standards, definitions, and policies for the new system.

About You

The Process
Our Interview Process For This Role Is Simple
• First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
• Second stage interview which could take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
