WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Sourcing and Procurement team. In this role, you will transform procurement data into actionable insights that drive strategic sourcing decisions, enhance supplier performance, and improve cost efficiency. You’ll collaborate with category managers and cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze procurement and sourcing data to uncover trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support procurement strategy and supplier performance.
• Provide data-driven insights to category managers for supplier negotiations and contract decisions.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Conduct spend analysis across categories, suppliers, and business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and streamline procurement processes.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Maintain and improve procurement data models and tools using Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within procurement or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with automation tools and data cleansing techniques.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
• Experience working in a global procurement environment.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques or machine learning applications in sourcing.
• Exposure to agile methodologies or project management tools.
