We're Hiring: Product Analyst, P&C Insurance
Are you a seasoned Product Analyst with deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance? Do you have a passion for innovation and a strong track record of success in complex, cross-functional projects? We're looking for three experienced professionals to join our team in Atlanta or New Jersey and help drive a groundbreaking Generative AI initiative.
Overview:
In this role, you will be a key player in a transformative project, leveraging your product and business analysis skills to support complex integrations across front-end, MuleSoft APIs, and a variety of backend systems. Your expertise in P&C insurance will be critical as you help translate business needs into technical solutions that are compliant, efficient, and aligned with our product strategy.
What you'll do:
β’ Partner with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for new Gen AI features.
β’ Translate business needs into clear user stories and detailed technical specifications.
β’ Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integrations between front-end technologies, MuleSoft, and backend systems.
β’ Ensure all product rules, workflows, and regulatory requirements are met.
β’ Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the go-live readiness of new features.
What you bring:
β’ 6-12 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
β’ 7-8 years of P&C insurance experience with very strong domain knowledge.
β’ Proven expertise in insurance operations, including policy administration, claims, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
β’ Demonstrated experience in driving complex integration projects, specifically involving front-end, MuleSoft (or similar middleware), and backend systems.
β’ Solid knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts, including experience with relational or cloud databases.
β’ Direct experience with STTM (Source to Target Mapping), BRD (Business Requirement Document) creation, data profiling, and data quality checks.
β’ Experience working on AI/ML or Generative AI initiatives is a strong plus.
β’ Proficiency with Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams (developers, data scientists, architects, and QA).
Bonus points for:
β’ Exposure to Generative AI tools and platforms, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
β’ Familiarity with insurance core platforms like Guidewire or Duck Creek.
β’ Experience integrating AI features into customer-facing portals or internal tools.
