Role description
As a Product Analyst, the ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping data-driven product decisions that improve patient outcomes, enhance healthcare delivery, and drive business growth. You will collaborate with product managers, data engineers, clinicians, and stakeholders to analyze product performance, identify insights, and support strategic initiatives across our healthcare technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to help define feature requirements and user stories.
β’ Assist in documenting and organizing bugs and enhancement requests; escalate prioritization needs to the Product Owner.
β’ Support coordination across teams to ensure visibility and alignment on shared dependencies.
β’ Help identify potential blockers and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
β’ Participate in feasibility discussions and help communicate capacity constraints to stakeholders.
β’ Work with appropriate teams to ensure proper testing, validation, and documentation for releases.
β’ Assist in communicating release schedules and deployment updates to relevant stakeholders.
β’ Join post-release retrospectives to capture learnings and suggest improvements.
β’ Regularly share updates on progress, risks, and blockers with the team.
β’ Perform other duties as assigned to support the product team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business, healthcare administration, computer science, or a related fieldβor equivalent experience.
β’ Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Rally).
β’ Basic understanding of software development and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
β’ Strong organizational and time management skills.
β’ Clear and effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
β’ Certification such as PMP or CSPO is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to 160,000/year in our highest geographic market.
