Position Overview We’re looking for a business-driven Product Analyst (50%) to turn data into decisions. You’ll leverage product analytics to generate actionable insights, optimize game performance, and shape long-term strategy. Responsibilities β€’ Conduct in-depth product analysis for pre-release game, delivering insights to improve engagement, retention, monetization, and revenue. β€’ Write and optimize SQL queries; manage BI dashboards to ensure accurate and reliable reporting. β€’ Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to guide product and monetization strategies. β€’ Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, success metrics, and data-driven roadmaps, and evaluate product changes to identify optimization opportunities across revenue, game economy, and player behavior. β€’ Develop, maintain and automate tools, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs and reduce manual work. β€’ Support pricing strategies, monetization models, and forecasting (e.g., LTV, churn, revenue projections). β€’ Share best practices and tackle complex product issues. β€’ Act as the go-to person for BI tooling and analytics, ensuring consistent, accessible data across teams. Requirements β€’ 6+ years of relevant experience in product, data, or business analytics, with at least 2–3 years within the gaming industry. β€’ Strong expertise in A/B testing design and evaluation. β€’ Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Grafana, Firebase, Devtodev, Power BI). β€’ Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or BigQuery/Postgres for data analysis and modeling. β€’ Advanced Excel/VBA skills. β€’ Strong understanding of game/product economics, monetization, and user behavior metrics. β€’ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. β€’ Independent problem-solver with strong collaboration and communication skills.
