Role description
Product Analyst: Optomi, in partnership with a Fortune 200 organization recognized for innovation and operational excellence, is seeking a Product Analyst to support digital product teams driving operational transformation across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and communication skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a large, matrixed environment. Responsibilities: • Partner with Product Owners to build visibility into business performance through reports, dashboards, and presentations. • Assist with user research, story writing, and process documentation to support agile delivery. • Perform process mapping, value stream mapping, ROI analysis, and performance metrics development. • Develop and execute quality assurance and testing plans to ensure successful implementation. • Support change management initiatives that drive user adoption and operational improvement. • Collaborate across product, technology, and business teams to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings. • Utilize data insights to inform decision-making and measure outcomes. • Consolidate and interpret user feedback and research findings to guide product direction. • Present results and updates clearly to leadership and key stakeholders. • Work independently through ambiguity and manage competing priorities with minimal oversight. Qualifications: • 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar within an enterprise environment. • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital product lifecycles. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred. • Background in energy, utilities, or other large-scale enterprise sectors a plus. • Self-starter mindset with the ability to build rapport and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
