Role description
Agility Partners is seeking a Product Analyst to support a large, enterprise‑level retail organization. This role is ideal for an analyst who excels at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive product optimization and business performance. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, and other cross‑functional partners to define success metrics, analyze performance, and support data‑driven decision making. This individual will serve as a key analytics partner to product teams, helping shape KPI strategies, support experimentation, and communicate performance narratives through structured storytelling and practical recommendations. A Little About This Gig • Analyze product and business performance using Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and related tools • Identify trends, key drivers, and optimization opportunities aligned to product initiatives • Design, build, and maintain KPI‑driven dashboards and custom reports using multiple data sources • Partner with Product and cross‑functional teams to define success metrics, product health indicators, and measurement standards • Support A/B testing and experimentation, including test design, measurement plans, and results interpretation • Communicate insights through concise reporting, storytelling, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders The Ideal Candidate • 2+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or product analytics roles • Hands‑on experience with Power BI and Adobe Analytics (or comparable digital analytics tools) • Strong background in trend analysis, driver analysis, and performance measurement • Experience building KPI‑focused dashboards for technical and non‑technical audiences • Ability to connect analytical findings to business outcomes and optimization opportunities • Comfort working with complex, multi‑source datasets • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment Nice to Have • Experience supporting experimentation or A/B testing initiatives • Background in retail, e‑commerce, or consumer‑facing digital products • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and working alongside data engineering teams • Experience presenting insights to senior leaders or product stakeholders
