Currently seeking a Reporting/Analytics scrum team lead for our Fortune 5 healthcare client. This role is open for both onshore and offshore. Hybrid – Hartford, CT GC/USC in the US. or Remote - Offshore/India Skills: • 7-10 years’ experience overall. • 5+ years in Reporting and Data analytics • Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting and visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Experience with data management practices, including data cleaning and transformation. • Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying. • Leading a team of analysts, ensuring data accuracy, and translating business needs into actionable insights through data-driven reports and dashboards. • Developing and implementing a comprehensive reporting framework that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. • Evaluating and selecting appropriate reporting and analytics tools, ensuring their effective integration and utilization by the team. • Health Care experience - preferred Roles & Responsibilities • Partner with product and business stakeholders to understand business requirements. • Examine data to find significant customer insights and potential uses for the information • Lead a small team of data analysts, and collaborating with product and technology teams to align reporting needs with strategic objectives • Translating business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and data analysis.
