About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Business Analyst (PBA) who’s ahead of the curve — with experience using AI to automate and accelerate the BA function itself.
You’ll be at the intersection of product, AI, and decision-making, helping the organization move from data to insight to action in a fraction of the time. You’re not just running reports or gathering requirements — you’re building and scaling AI-powered tools and workflows that redefine how decisions are made.
What You’ll Do
• Identify key points in the product lifecycle or decision process where AI can eliminate manual BA tasks (e.g., requirements gathering, pattern analysis, opportunity sizing).
• Lead the design and deployment of AI-powered business analysis workflows — using tools like LLMs, NLP, and predictive analytics — to accelerate time-to-insight.
• Develop internal products or toolkits that automate repetitive BA functions such as user story generation, backlog grooming, or opportunity validation.
• Translate raw data, user feedback, and market signals into strategic product recommendations using AI-enhanced methods.
• Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to prioritize and implement AI solutions that cut steps and speed up outcomes.
• Own the evaluation of these solutions: quantify time saved, accuracy improvements, and business impact.
• Evangelize AI-driven thinking across teams — helping redefine what “analysis” looks like in a modern product environment.
Required Experience
• 4+ years in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Strategy role, with hands-on experience using AI to automate or accelerate analysis processes.
• Demonstrated success implementing AI-powered workflows (not just PoCs) that reduce steps or decision latency in product or business environments.
• Deep understanding of how to leverage LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), NLP, or intelligent agents to replace or augment traditional BA tasks.
• Strong data fluency (SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools) and familiarity with basic ML concepts or APIs.
• Excellent communication skills — capable of turning AI-driven insights into clear business recommendations.
Preferred Skills
• Experience integrating generative AI tools into BA or product workflows (e.g., using AI to generate user stories, summarize research, or auto-analyze datasets).
• Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, GPT APIs, or AutoML platforms.
• Proven ability to quantify value from AI implementations (time saved, faster decision-making, reduced errors, etc.).
• Comfortable in agile, fast-moving product environments.
Why This Role is Different
• You're not just doing the work — you're rethinking how the work gets done.
• Shape the next generation of decision-making by building the AI-powered BA toolset.
• Influence both the product and the process with measurable impact.
Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
