PDS Tech Commercial | Partnering With a Leader in the Aerospace Industry Berkeley, MO | Full-Time | 12-Month Contract |Pay Starting at $72.67/Hour | Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Lead the Creation of Mission-Critical Product Data for Next-Generation Defense Systems PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Product Data Management Engineer to support a world-class aerospace and defense partner. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for generating contractually deliverable Technical Data Packages (TDPs) that define the products shaping the future of air dominance. Your work will directly influence engineering integration, system performance, and customer success. What You’ll Do • Generate complete and compliant Technical Data Packages (TDPs) containing product design definition data to meet customer contract requirements. • Interpret TDP requirements, assess work scope, and communicate deliverable expectations across engineering and program teams. • Use Product Data Management (PDM) systems and related IT tools to develop and organize TDP content. • Evaluate data markings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper classification. • Provide technical guidance and support on TDP processes, product data standards, and documentation best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) to deliver high-quality data products. • Apply advanced data collection and analysis techniques to ensure product integrity and traceability. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. • 9+ years of related technical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5+ years of experience using Excel for data analysis. • 5+ years of experience with data collection techniques. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license. Preferred Qualifications • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, development, and process improvement. • Strong ability to navigate organizational structures and influence through both formal and informal channels. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across organizations. • Experience using scripting tools to collect or process data.
