Responsibilities
β’ Lead the full lifecycle of data products from discovery through development, launch, and iteration.

β’ Conduct product discovery activities, including user interviews, design workshops, surveys, and usability testing, to validate concepts and gather requirements.
β’ Partner closely with data engineering, solution architects, and business stakeholders to translate insights into high-impact product features.
β’ Actively manage product backlog, prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility, and drive development efforts.
β’ Facilitate workshops and effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
β’ Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) and product-level financials to measure success and ROI.
β’ Create product collateral, including charters, case studies, and executive presentations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Masterβs preferred).
β’ Strong hands-on data engineering experience with data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and modern data architectures.
β’ Proven track record leading data product development with clear ownership and active involvement (not just oversight).
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to run effective workshops and influence cross-functional teams.
β’ Experience with data visualization, reporting tools, CI/CD workflows, and product lifecycle management.
β’ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
We are looking for a proactive, technically strong Product Manager who can effectively bridge business needs with data engineering execution. If you have a strong background in building data products from discovery to delivery and can share specific examples of products youβve personally driven, weβd love to hear from you.
