Product Data Specialist

We’re currently supporting a leading retail organisation on a large-scale product data enrichment project, and they are looking to hire a Product Data Specialist to support the initiative. This role will focus on reviewing and validating product information to ensure data accuracy before it is published across digital platforms. The position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with large volumes of data, and enjoys structured, process-driven work! Key Responsibilities: • Review and validate product data gathered from multiple external sources • Identify discrepancies in product information and investigate inconsistencies • Ensure data accuracy before products are published online • Work with internal tools and spreadsheets to update and verify product details • Support the wider team in maintaining a high standard of product information across the catalogue What We’re Looking For: • Experience working with product data, catalogue information, or data administration • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive tasks • Experience with Excel, Smartsheets, or similar data tools • Reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible remote contract role, particularly if you have experience in product data, e-commerce, or catalogue administration.
