Role Description We are looking for a founding customer engineer with strong data and AI engineering skills. You will bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and a seamless agentic user experience. You’ll be responsible for having AI building scalable pipelines while ensuring our users successfully navigate their own data journeys. Compensation: $25/hour + equity until seed round Duration: 30 - 40 hours/week What you’ll do: Build & Scale: Design and maintain robust agentic data infrastructure. User Success: Help onboard new users to our agentic platform, acting as their technical guide. Problem Solve: Troubleshoot issues and help users connect to diverse data sources. Bridge the Gap: Translate user feedback into product requirements and identify bugs before they hit production. Shape the Team: As an early hire, you’ll help define our engineering standards and culture. Who you are: We are specifically looking for early-career talent (Seniors in college or recent graduates) who are hungry to learn and ready to take on massive responsibility. • Data Enthusiast: You have a genuine passion for data analytics, and the "plumbing" of data estates and the internet. • Technical Foundation: You are fluent in Python, agent frameworks and SQL with experience orchestrating complex workflows with Airflow, modeling with dbt, and processing data via Spark. • The "Growth" Gene: You have a relentless growth mindset. • Self-starter: You don’t wait for a manual; you figure it out. • Strong Communicator: You listen well and can explain complex technical concepts with ease. • Comfortable in Chaos: You handle ambiguity with grace.
