Product Operations Lead – Data Analytics & Automation | $80/hr Remote

Position: Senior Technical Product Operations Specialist Type: Full-time (W2, Contingent Role) Compensation: $60–$80 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: Full-time Role Responsibilities • Support execution strategy across multiple products, including 0→1 initiatives and scaling existing programs • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries (CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations) to analyze product data • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for real-time decision-making • Leverage AI tools and agents to automate workflows and accelerate data analysis • Identify program risks and develop data-backed mitigation strategies • Drive cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, legal, and operations teams • Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring high-quality execution and delivery • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product and business improvements Requirements • Strong years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or technical product/program roles • Strong SQL proficiency with experience handling complex data transformations • Experience using AI tools/agents to enhance workflows and productivity • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets: formulas, pivots, automation) • Strong analytical thinking with ability to derive insights from data • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work independently • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities Application Process (Takes 20 Mins) • Upload your resume. • Complete an interview. • Submit a short form.
