Product Owner with Airtable (W2 Only)

Title : Product Owner with Airtable (W2 only) Location: Culver City, CA - Onsite Required Skills and Qualifications • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar role (e.g., Product Manager, Business Analyst), preferably working on internal operational tools or enterprise software. • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the media, content creation, or publishing industry, including familiarity with content lifecycle, production processes, and rights management. • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Airtable is non-negotiable, including advanced skills in: • Designing complex relational database structures. • Implementing and managing Airtable Automations. • Developing custom Airtable Interfaces for different user roles. • Using advanced features like Scripts, Formulas, and Extensions. • Agile Methodology: In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework, with relevant certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) a strong plus. • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Computer Science). Preferred Qualifications • Experience with other project management or workflow tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana) and knowledge of how to integrate them with Airtable. • Proven ability to conduct user research, A/B testing, and gather customer feedback to validate product hypotheses. • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio) for reporting on content operations metrics pulled from Airtable. • Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams.
