Position Overview We are seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant 4 to support strategic LoanIQ integration initiatives within a complex commercial lending environment. This role is ideal for a techno-functional Product Business Analyst who combines strong LoanIQ expertise with business analysis, integration, and stakeholder management experience. The consultant will partner with business users, product teams, architects, and developers to support the delivery of LoanIQ integration solutions. This individual will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating user stories, performing data mapping, and translating business needs into technical solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives. This position requires a candidate who can operate comfortably in both business and technical discussions and serve as a bridge between end users and development teams. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and development teams to support LoanIQ integration initiatives. • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements. • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements-gathering sessions. • Translate business needs into technical requirements and solution designs. • Perform data mapping between LoanIQ and external systems. • Support integration initiatives involving APIs, message structures, and system-to-system communication. • Collaborate with Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle. • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing support, and defect resolution activities. • Analyze complex business challenges and recommend scalable technology solutions. • Ensure delivered solutions meet business, operational, and compliance requirements. • Serve as a subject matter expert for LoanIQ functionality and transaction flows. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis, Business Systems Design, Product BA, or related experience. • Hands-on LoanIQ experience supporting business, product, or technology initiatives. • Strong Product Business Analyst experience within Agile environments. • Experience gathering requirements and creating user stories. • Experience supporting integration-focused initiatives. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Experience working closely with business users, developers, and technical teams. • Experience using JIRA or similar Agile project management tools. Preferred Qualifications • LoanIQ integrations experience. • Data mapping experience. • Experience working with APIs and JSON payloads. • SQL experience. • Commercial or syndicated lending experience. • Experience supporting enterprise application integrations. • Strong understanding of system-to-system data flows and business process automation. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a LoanIQ Product Business Analyst who has supported integration initiatives and can confidently engage both business and technical stakeholders.
