Role description
Position Title: Product Owner I -(0-3+ yrs experience)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH and Dallas, TX
Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Acceptable Time Zone(S): EST - Flexible if located in hub outside of EST
Schedule: M-F 8-5 EST
Duration: 9 Months to Hire W2
This position is contract with the right to hire if a need becomes available. Manager will only look at candidates that are open to converting to a full-time employee. Client will not sponsor work visas if the decision is made to hire the contingent worker.
β’ Function of the group/initiatives/projects: The team is partnering with the Al data group, right to enable Client with M365 agent adoption and then roll out of agents to line of business users and then for business application users.
β’ Team Dynamic: Will be joining an established onshore team. Other roles include product owners, data engineerβs various levels, infrastructure architects.

β’ We are seeking an AI Product Manager to lead product planning, prioritization, and delivery coordination for enterprise AI capabilities across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, connectors, and governed business automation. This role will partner with business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, security, data, and operations teams to define use cases, shape roadmaps, manage backlogs, and drive adoption of AI capabilities that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for AI worker capabilities across M365 and business application scenarios.
β’ Translate business demand into clear product requirements, epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
β’ Partners with architecture and engineering teams align delivery with enterprise standards, governance, and security controls.
β’ Drive stakeholder engagement across LOB, platform, risk, compliance, and delivery teams.
β’ Manage backlog, dependencies, release planning, and outcome tracking.
β’ Define value realization metrics, adoption goals, and success measures for AI-enabled scenarios.
β’ Support connector onboarding, enterprise knowledge grounding, agent lifecycle planning, and use case intake.
β’ Coordinate pilot, rollout, and adoption activities across business and platform teams.
β’ Required Skills / Experience
β’ Strong product management experience in enterprise platforms, digital workplace, automation, or AI-enabled programs.
β’ Experience translating business problems into scalable product capabilities and phased roadmaps.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, enterprise search, and connector-based architectures.
β’ Strong communication, executive presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
β’ Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and requirements documentation.
Preferred
β’ Experience with enterprise AI governance, prompt/agent lifecycle, or data access enablement.
β’ Financial services or regulated industry experience.
β’ Exposure to reporting and measurement of product adoption and business outcomes.
Must have skills:
β’ Strong product management experience in enterprise platforms, digital workplace, automation, or AI-enabled programs.
β’ Experience translating business problems into scalable product capabilities and phased roadmaps.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, enterprise search, and connector-based architectures.
