Title: Product Manager – Digital Product/Pharmacy Benefits Management focused
Duration: Contract-to-Hire (Typically 12 Month Contract then Conversion)
Location: Fully Remote

Overview
We are expanding our Digital Product organization and seeking a Product Manager to support Client & Clinical Experience across multiple digital domains. This is a Contract-to-Hire role (12‑month typical) embedded in a growing product team that is currently in a building phase under three new product leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Core Product Responsibilities
• Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with product vision, strategy, and evolving user needs.
• Lead refinement sessions, write and review user stories, and validate successful story completion and acceptance criteria.
• Support testing, deployment, release coordination, and post-release optimization.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leads to align work across epics, platform dependencies, and strategic initiatives.
• Track and socialize product OKRs, using metrics to inform decisions and highlight opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver demos to leadership and stakeholders, clearly communicating progress and value.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for feature delivery and ensure alignment across clinical, client, and platform teams.
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of professional experience, preferably in product management or digital product delivery.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating in cross‑functional, agile environments.
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Ability to collect, clean, and interpret data in support of business and product decisions.
• Familiarity with backend integration concepts and APIs.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, ethics, and bias mitigation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with digital health, PBM programs, or clinical product environments.
• Management consulting experience or exposure to multi‑disciplinary product teams.
• Experience working with data scientists and analytics teams.
• Knowledge of data visualization, data preprocessing, and reporting techniques.
• Experience modernizing workflows or migrating off legacy platforms.
• Strong adaptability and comfort working in a fast‑building organizational environment.
• Experience in industries such as healthcare, financial services, or other regulated sectors.
Compensation:
$42/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
