Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Product Owner to join their team! This position is located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Duties: β€’ Develop and maintain advanced business intelligence (BI) solutions to support financial reporting, analytics, and strategic decision-making for the Finance department and key stakeholders β€’ Analyze internal financial data to uncover insights, identify opportunities for new data products, and design reporting solutions that align with business objectives β€’ Anticipate future business needs by designing scalable, forward-looking BI solutions that evolve with changing requirements β€’ Translate complex business questions into actionable technical requirements and data-driven insights β€’ Review, evaluate, and refine reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and business relevance β€’ Lead automation initiatives for reporting and analytics β€’ Define and promote best practices in BI development, fostering a self-service analytics culture with strong governance and quality standards β€’ Partner with Finance teams to understand requirements, streamline workflows, and create automated data visualization and reporting solutions grounded in a single source of truth β€’ Collaborate with the Data Products team to translate cross-functional business requirements into actionable data product specifications β€’ Stay current with BI and analytics trends, adopting innovative tools and methodologies to improve reporting, automation, and data storytelling β€’ Participate in cross-functional initiatives to identify reporting requirements and enhance analytical capabilities across the organization β€’ Continuously improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and analytical methodologies through process optimization β€’ Work collaboratively with project teams to define goals, establish KPIs, and deliver results on time Desired Skills/Experience: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience β€’ 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting, with proven success in delivering data-driven insights and solutions β€’ 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Teradata and BigQuery for enterprise-scale data management and analytics β€’ Experience in developing and optimizing datasets, dashboards, and reports using Qlik or Looker platforms β€’ Demonstrated success in driving large-scale adoption of self-service analytics and enabling business teams to access insights independently β€’ Strong background in financial analytics, supporting Finance teams with automated reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis β€’ Deep understanding of business intelligence disciplines, including data engineering, analysis, visualization, predictive, and prescriptive analytics β€’ Experience working in modern cloud-based data warehouse environments, leveraging advanced tools and technologies β€’ Proven ability to lead change, deliver measurable results, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments β€’ Proactive problem solver with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills β€’ Familiarity with advanced data and technology ecosystems Benefits: β€’ Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans β€’ Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) β€’ 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $34.00 and $49.00.
