Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years Experience functioning as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment • Strong experience with backlog management, user stories, and roadmap creation • Comfortable working in Jira (or similar tools) • Strong stakeholder communication skills, especially with non-technical users Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Exposure to data/reporting tools (Power BI) • Experience supporting data-driven initiatives or reporting projects • Exposure to AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) • Prior experience in a customer-facing Product Owner role Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams. This person will translate business needs into actionable product deliverables while supporting ongoing development initiatives in an agile environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands core Product Owner responsibilities, is comfortable working directly with stakeholders, and is excited to leverage AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency (not building AI products directly). Key Responsibilities • Partner directly with internal stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and define product needs • Translate business requirements into user stories, backlogs, and product roadmaps • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira (or similar tools) • Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) • Communicate product updates and timelines clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Support product initiatives across various areas (e.g., data/Power BI initiatives depending on team structure) • Use AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to improve workflows such as documentation, research, and backlog refinement This is an ongoing contract, and has to sit remote in Florida, North Carolina, Texas, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Atlanta
