We are seeking a driven GenAI / AI Enablement Specialist to turn our enterprise GenAI strategy into day-to-day reality—delivering pilots, training and measurable value while ensuring governance and risk management practice remain strong. You will partner closely with the GenAI / AI Acceleration Lead to scale ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and custom AI applications across the business. Your responsibilities will include: • Translate the GenAI enablement roadmap into detailed work-plans, backlogs and release schedules. • Manage pilot rollouts and production hand-offs for ChatGPT, Copilot and bespoke AI apps. • Coordinate with IT, Infrastructure and Platform teams on day-to-day project delivery. • Design and deliver persona-based training, office hours and AI roadshows, curate a self-service knowledge base. • Operate the GenAI request-intake and review process with Legal, Cyber Security and Enterprise Architecture, maintaining audit-ready documentation. • Monitor adoption, usage depth and business-value KPIs; build executive dashboards and recommend optimizations. • Serve as the primary liaison with OpenAI, Microsoft and other vendors on licensing, feature releases and support tickets. • Scout emerging GenAI capabilities, prototypes and regulatory changes; summarize impact for stakeholders.
