Remote - Product Owner / Business Analyst experience with Intelligent Automation & AI Operations - 12 months contract Role Summary We are seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst with experience driving intelligent automation and AI-enabled operational transformation initiatives within large-scale telecom infrastructure environments. The role focuses on optimizing enterprise workflows, operational processes, and cross-functional business systems supporting tower operations, field services, asset management, and enterprise operations. Required Qualifications 10 + years of experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Analyst Strong experience in process automation, workflow optimization, and business analysis Solid understanding of enterprise technology landscape (systems, integrations, data flows) Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Experience working with APIs, system integrations, or data exchange patterns Strong Agile/Scrum experience with distributed engineering teams Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories, and process modeling Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ideal Candidate Profile A strong Tech-focused BA/Product Owner who can: Bridge business needs and technical implementation Understand cloud, APIs, and system integrations (without being hands-on coding) Identify and deliver automation-driven process improvements Work effectively across business and engineering teams
