Role description
Product Quality Data Analyst Must Haves: 1. SAS Programming understanding is a MUST. 1. Intermediate MS Office experience required. β€’ Social media quality information: coordinate with internal regional service group in the collection, evaluation and distribution of potential quality concerns identified through social media. β€’ Other PQ (Product Quality) data projects. β€’ Run some analytics through the SAS database and work with SAS visual analytics. β€’ Will be using data to see how to take action on it and improve the quality of the vehicle. β€’ Will be working with dashboards to help engineers on the team look at data points on a regular basis. β€’ Checking based on weekly, monthly, quarterly data reports and other field specialist reports.
