Job#: 3028937 Job Description: Product/Business Analyst Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (On-site) Employment Type: Contract Contract Duration: 11 Months Role Overview This role will support the Productivity Platform team with the planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle for a critical service offering, Network File Share. The analyst will play a key role in assisting the Network File Share Product Management team with tactical and strategic efforts. The focus will be on documentation, research, responding to client inquiries, identifying areas for operational and process improvements, and reporting and tracking. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Product Owner in the development, review, and update of online training material including FAQs, how-to instructions, and productivity tips. • Assist the Product Owner in the development, review, and update of governance materials including product standards, policies, use agreements, best practices, and guidelines. • Act as a liaison between the end user and the functional and strategic Network File Share teams, including Engineering, Storage Operations, Access Management, Access Review, Product Management, and Support. • Partner with Business Relation Managers and Network File Share teams for client outreach where needed, such as lunch and learn sessions, presentations, and business engagements. • Respond to product support inquiries received via email, IM, or discussion boards. • Identify and address support trends within the user community. Required Qualifications Experience: • 5+ years of product/business analysis experience. • Knowledge of collaboration and productivity platforms, preferably with unstructured data platforms. • Ability to manage complex priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results. Skills: • Superior communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present to large audiences. • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. • Strong business-centric mindset with a can-do attitude. • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to produce data analysis, pivot charts, and reports. • Excellent written and presentation skills for creating clear and concise documents. • Self-motivation, self-direction, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. • Experience with Network File Share and SharePoint. • Experience with Microsoft 365, SQL, and script writing. • Light SharePoint development skills. • Experience on large, enterprise-scale initiatives. • Solid project management skills. • Financial industry experience. • Familiarity with PPRT, PCM, Project Management tools, and MS Office. Compensation & Benefits The pay rate for this position is between $48.00 and $53.56 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available for eligible employees.
