Role Overview
An opportunity is available for a qualified Business Analyst to support a Smart Metering Program. This role involves deploying gas metering infrastructure and systems across multiple states as part of a long-term program team focused on the next generations of smart metering and devices.
Key Responsibilities
โข Perform metering deployment requirements gathering and analysis across multiple workstreams.
โข Evaluate business processes related to metering devices, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop solutions.
โข Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
โข Document and communicate the results of your efforts to cross-functional team members and the program management team.
โข Gather critical metering deployment information from meetings with various stakeholders.
โข Ensure deployment solutions meet business needs and requirements.
โข Develop integration test plans for gas metering systems.
โข Perform data mapping from a client server application to SAP based on end-user requirements.
โข Perform end-user acceptance testing as part of the project team.
โข Serve as a liaison between program stakeholders and metering end-users.
โข Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies related to deployment.
โข Report to the Advanced Metering Program Manager in support of ongoing testing and deployment.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field is required.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience is required.
Technical Skills: Experience with SAP and data mapping is required.
