Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Product Management. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Product Management business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel. Required Qualifications: Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Reporting & Analytics
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks that monitor progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and financials across large, multi-workstream portfolios.
• Create dashboards and analytical summaries that integrate delivery metrics, operational KPIs, and value realization indicators.
• Transform complex program data into concise executive-ready insights, including status reports, health assessments, and scenario-based forecasts.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with governance standards.
Program Governance & Operating Model Support
• Support the establishment and ongoing execution of governance routines, including steering committees, operational reviews, dependency discussions, and risk escalations.
• Maintain consistent reporting templates, portfolio taxonomies, and intake/prioritization artifacts.
• Drive adherence to lifecycle standards, change-management expectations, and enterprise delivery frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Partner with business sponsors, product owners, engineering leads, process engineers, and analytics teams to gather inputs and validate data.
• Facilitate alignment between workstreams, ensuring risks, blockers, and interdependencies are captured and addressed.
• Provide clear communication that supports decision-making among senior leadership and program executives.
Risk, Issue, and Dependency Tracking
• Monitor portfolio-level risks and issues, ensuring accurate categorization, mitigation strategies, and remediation timelines.
• Identify cross-initiative dependencies and raise areas requiring escalation or leadership attention.
• Ensure risks and issues are communicated in a structured, data-driven manner to relevant governance bodies.
Value Realization & Strategic Insight Development
• Support evaluation of business value generated by program deliverables, including efficiency gains, cost reductions, capacity creation, experience improvements, and operational impact.
• Build forward-looking projections and scenario analyses that support strategic planning.
• Contribute to enterprise-level reporting that links delivery progress to long-term transformation outcomes.
Tools, Data, and Reporting Enablement
• Leverage enterprise reporting tools and analytics platforms to automate and scale reporting processes.
• Partner with technology teams to enhance operational telemetry, data pipelines, and portfolio analytics capabilities.
• Maintain metadata consistency, portfolio lineage, and structured reporting standards.
Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex information into clear insights.
