

Project Administrator: Valuations

Description
The Valuations Project Administrator assists the team in all project-related tasks focused on helping clients through the valuation process by assisting clients, collecting and managing data, and ensuring smooth operations. Tasks include providing client support, assisting with data management, financial modeling preparation, and process improvement. The position requires a high level of independent work and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive in managing client interactions and data integrity. We are searching for a self-starter who is detail-oriented and loves to work in a team environment with a willingness to learn and grow within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning and Coordination:
•
• Supports projects from inception to completion by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the valuation questionnaire, addressing inquiries, providing guidance to ensure accurate and complete data submission, and with our annual valuation program clients
• Input, review, and verify client-provided data, maintaining high standards of accuracy. Extract essential financial and contractual information for integration into our internal databases
• Assist in organizing and structuring data to facilitate the development of financial models and valuation reports
• Monitors project progress and identifies potential risks or issues, promptly addressing them to keep projects on track
• Other project-based tasks, as assigned
• Communication and Reporting:

• Addresses inquiries and directs individuals to appropriate contacts
• Schedules client calls with team, as needed
• Proactively facilitates communication with or directly communicates with clients, written and verbal
• Distributes meeting minutes, status updates, or to-do list items to clients
• Highlights key metrics, achievements, and challenges to Project Manager
• Provides clear updates and action items to project team
• Documentation and Records:
•
• Create, monitor, and complete tasks in project management system
• Maintain electronic files and records
• Ensure project files are organized and accessible for future reference
• Process Improvement:
•
• Collaborates with team members to identify opportunities for enhancing workflow efficiency and effectiveness
• Continuously assess project coordination processes and propose improvements
• Research Tasks:
•
• Stay informed of recent industry updates
• Stay informed of recent updates impacting your services provided by the Valuation team
• Other research-related tasks, as needed
Qualifications
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
• Experience with CRM Systems, such as Salesforce, preferred
• Experience with Data Visualization Platforms, such as Tableau, preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player with a positive “can do” attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in the financial services industry
• Interest in business valuations, financial services, or consulting with a willingness to pursue the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation in the future
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of experience in a related field; or, alternatively, high school diploma plus 5 years of experience in a related field
The Pay Range For This Role Is
50,000 - 60,000 USD per year(Remote - United States)
