Project Analyst

Job Summary: Lead Program Analyst, Digital Customer Experience The Lead Program Analyst supports the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) portfolio by overseeing portfolio reporting, performance tracking, governance, and value realization across multiple digital initiatives. The role partners with Product Owners, Product Managers, and leadership to provide clear visibility into project progress, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and business outcomes through executive-level reporting and dashboards. Key Responsibilities • Manage portfolio reporting, governance, and executive dashboards. • Track KPIs, OKRs, portfolio performance, and business value realization. • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Build and maintain reports using Excel, Power BI, and SQL. • Support Agile planning, reporting cycles, and cross-functional coordination. • Standardize reporting processes and ensure accurate, timely portfolio insights. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in program analysis, portfolio management, business operations, or reporting. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas, macros). • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Experience creating executive reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards. • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting digital, technology, or product portfolios. • Knowledge of Power BI and SQL. • Experience with Agile environments, value realization tracking, and digital transformation initiatives. • Agile/Scrum or project management certification. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
