Position Title: Project Analyst Location: Lakewood, Colorado Clearance Requirements: None Pay Rate: $23.00/hour Position Description Join our dynamic team as a Project Analyst, providing essential support to project managers and supervisors throughout all project phases. You'll ensure projects are efficiently set up, tracked, and managed by leveraging your expertise in operational reporting and data analysis. This role involves daily collaboration with field teams, engineering staff, and client representatives, requiring a strong understanding of project management systems, accounting processes, and work flow optimization. You'll play a key role in enhancing project efficiency, ensuring timely deliverables, and supporting continuous process improvements. Key responsibilities include analyzing project data, preparing detailed reports, supporting project administration, maintaining documentation, facilitating meetings, and assisting in operational problem-solving to maximize project profitability and client satisfaction. Top Requirements • Strategic Operational Reporting & Advanced Excel Analytics: Proven experience with Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, IF statements, KPI tracking, and trend analysis to identify operational improvements. • Leadership, Initiative & Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, proactively resolve issues, and implement process enhancements in fast-paced environments. • Project Coordination & Operational Efficiency: Experience managing reporting deadlines, tracking priority projects, supporting leadership with productivity metrics, and streamlining workflows to achieve project goals.
