Job Title: Project Coordinator
Duration: 12 months Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Location: Farmington Road, Livonia, MI (48150)
(Hybrid) in-person min. 3 days per week.
Pay rate: $20-34/Hour on w2 without any benefits/holiday/vacation.

• Job Description : General project administration and support Maintain project notes and files Review, validate and document invoices Execute checks and balances to ensure accurate reporting Ensure accounting guidelines are met Implement process improvements as appropriate Work with program managers to manage budgets and help deliver against party commitments

Project coordinators must be well-organized, capable of working under pressure, and able to multitask, and attention to detail and a patient demeanor are also important. They should also be familiar with software such as Microsoft Excel, and a bachelor's degree in business or communications is generally required for this position. Work is usually done in an office environment, though some travel may occasionally be required.
Experience as a dashboard developer that designs, builds, and maintains interactive data visualizations to help organizations make data-driven decisions. They collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, extract data from various sources, and use tools like Tableau or Power BI to create clear, actionable dashboards.
