Job Title-Business system Analyst/Project Business analyst (ONSITE) Location- Indianapolis, IN 🧠 What You’ll Do • Interview executives, program managers & SMEs • Build business cases and strategic recommendations • Translate complex information into clear documentation • Support planning, research, and decision-making initiatives 🎯 We’re Looking For ✔ 3+ yrs Business Analysis / Consulting experience ✔ Stakeholder engagement experience ✔ Strong writing & analytical skills ✔ Experience with research and data analysis ✔ MS Office expertise ✔ Public sector experience (nice to have) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, public administration, policy, communications, or related field. 3+ years conducting stakeholder interviews with executives and SMEs. 3+ years developing business cases and recommendations to drive decision-making. 3+ years supporting project planning and implementation activities. 3+ years of experience translating complex information into accessible written deliverables. 3+ years in research, data gathering, and analysis. 3+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 3+ years demonstrated critical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with government operations or public sector environments. Internship or coursework in consulting, policy analysis, or business analysis. Experience synthesizing research or interview data into professional written deliverables.
