Job description: Department Overview The Electric Operations team ensures safe and reliable delivery of electric service, covering distribution and transmission planning, engineering, construction, maintenance, and emergency response. Position Summary The Senior Project Controls Analyst will provide scheduling, cost control, financial analysis, and reporting support for electric transmission and distribution projects. This role requires strong Primavera P6 expertise, cost forecasting, and proficiency in SAP tools to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and regulatory milestones. Key Responsibilities β€’ Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules, milestones, risks, and cash flow forecasts. β€’ Prepare cost plans, monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and performance reports. β€’ Support project managers with schedule/cost updates, documentation, and compliance requirements. β€’ Provide financial analysis using SAP, BW, and EPM tools; assist with budget and cycle forecast reporting. β€’ Ensure quality of data, documentation, and reporting for stakeholders and leadership. β€’ Participate in process improvement initiatives and support project management reporting. Qualifications Minimum: β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. β€’ 5+ years as a Project Controls Analyst (or 7–8 years related utility/project management experience). β€’ CAPM or PMP certification. Desired: β€’ Strong Primavera P6 scheduling experience. β€’ Proficiency with SAP (Work Management, BW, Analysis for Office). β€’ Experience in project controls, risk management, and earned value analysis. β€’ Advanced Excel and Access skills. β€’ Knowledge of Unifier, ProjectWise, or HeavyBid.
