Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Lead Developer located in Manhattan Beach, CA. The Project Lead Developer will oversee the design, development, and implementation of software projects, ensuring deadlines, coding standards, and project goals are met. Responsibilities include leading a team of developers, reviewing and writing code, proposing and implementing technical solutions, managing project timelines, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and services. The role requires a balance of technical expertise and leadership capabilities. Qualifications β€’ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and C# β€’ Experience with software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or similar β€’ Strong systems architecture and design expertise, including cloud technologies like AWS or Azure β€’ Team leadership and project management skills, including delegation, conflict resolution, and mentoring junior developers β€’ Expertise in API development, integration, and technical documentation β€’ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities β€’ Effective communication and collaboration skills β€’ Experience in the financial services industry and familiarity with tax-related software is a plus β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
