PMO / Analyst – IT Tooling & Data Solutions
Contract Opportunity | Hybrid – London | Financial Services Consultancy
We are currently seeking an experienced PMO / Analyst to join a high-profile transformation programme within a leading financial services environment.
This role will support a critical workstream focused on Third-Party Business Continuity and Exit Strategy, with a particular emphasis on Data & Tooling initiatives. Working within a consultancy-led delivery team, you will provide a blend of PMO coordination, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement support across operational resilience and technology-focused activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide PMO and analyst support across data and tooling initiatives
• Support requirements gathering and translate business needs into structured solution documentation
• Coordinate workshops, governance forums, and stakeholder working sessions
• Assist with tooling enhancement, workflow optimisation, and process improvement activities
• Support solution design activities including process mapping and workflow analysis
• Track programme actions, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
• Produce and maintain key programme artefacts including:
• RAID logs
• Governance reporting
• Requirements documentation
• Process maps and workflow documentation
• Stakeholder updates and presentations
• Delivery plans and action trackers
• Support automation and AI-enabled use case development initiatives
• Contribute to operational simplification and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure deliverables are aligned to programme governance and quality standards
Required Experience
• Strong experience in PMO, Business Analysis, or Programme Support roles
• Experience working within transformation and/or technology programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience supporting tooling, data, or technology-focused initiatives
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured documentation
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience supporting governance, delivery tracking, and workshop coordination
Preferred Experience
Exposure to or experience with:
• Technology solution design
• AI or automation use case development
• Workflow optimisation and process improvement
• Six Sigma and/or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Operational Resilience or Business Continuity programmes
• Financial services transformation environments
