This is a Hybrid position. Position Summary • Analyze and coordinate project schedules, timelines, related to products or services. • Facilitate and coordinate the completion of tasks that support business operations. • Gather and organize data from various sources, including computer systems. • Conduct interviews with employees and managers to collect relevant information. • Identify and resolve problems within various fields or specialized areas. • Examine data to determine critical factors and select the most effective methods for analysis. • Apply statistical methodologies to analyze information and develop solutions to business-related issues. • Advise managers on findings and present options for addressing identified problems. • Draft memos and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management. • The Database Management Analyst is responsible for delivering database solutions that address complex business challenges, including data processing, loading, performance improvements, storage, and replication. • This role involves organizing and managing a broad range of documents across Navy and Marine Corps portfolios, as well as offices supporting customized workflows for PEO Digital Enterprise Services. Daily responsibilities include content administration, user training and support, workflow planning, and recommending automation. • The analyst oversees permission management, performs routine scans for non-compliant materials, and ensures all practices adhere to PEO standards • Microsoft Teams is utilized on the SharePoint platform. The role will also support the digital SharePoint Online and Knowledge Management “clean-up” of numerous siloed sites. • Additional responsibilities include training end-users on SPO, MS Teams, MS Planner, Office 365, OneDrive, and Power Platform Business Intelligence. • The analyst will develop a Business Central Model to improve and simplify temporary file storage (MS Teams) and transition to a SharePoint Online/Flank Speed format. Job Description • Administer and manage day-to-day content usage, providing SharePoint Program Support to clients. • Gather requirements and information when processes are not well-documented. • Utilize extensive data connections and automation rules (low-code/no-code). • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user access requirements, adapting configurations to shifting priorities or business needs. • Deliver end-user support and training for document library creation, lists, columns, content types, library templates, permissions, and web parts. • Advise on best practices for SharePoint portal technology implementation. • Work closely with SharePoint developers to support Navy enterprise SharePoint operations, development, and migration as needed. • Customize portals using common languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, JSON, and jQuery. • Create and maintain team dashboards, and update and monitor Service Now systems. • Streamline PEO DES and local SharePoint Hubs. • Assist in the development of automated systems and tools, such as onboarding and account access solutions, and support SharePoint integration initiatives. Job Requirements • Bachelor's Degree minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience. • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and data mining capabilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Experience with Microsoft Platforms, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. • Experience utilizing Microsoft InfoPath and NINTEX Workflow tools on SharePoint sites. • Experience supporting SharePoint Online migrations, including planning, remediation, and UAT. • Solid understanding of OOB SharePoint 2013/SPO features, terminology, capabilities, and best practices. • Working knowledge of web design UI/UX, taxonomy architecture, and project management processes. • Familiarity with enterprise portal technologies. • Strong skills in information technology, multitasking, and time management. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Capacity to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties. • Proven ability to analyze data from multiple sources and draw conclusions to solve business problems. • Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned tasks. • Outstanding organizational skills. • Capability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook, and MS Project (including creating milestones and action plans). • Writing proficiency for the creation of documents. • Supports or performs functional duties under the guidance of more senior positions. Clearances • Active Secret Security Clearance required. Certifications • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent. • Must maintain IAT Level II certification as per DoD 8570.1M. Education • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. • Substitution options: • Six additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. • Associate degree plus four additional years of relevant work experience.
