Your new company You will be joining a committed organisation who are delivering outstanding public services across the wider Southwest region, serving a diverse and dynamic population of people through innovation. As part of a property / asset management improvement project, an opportunity has arisen for an asset management and property data professional to enhance operational efficiency and data accessibility. Your new role In this pivotal role, you'll be the detective of property data archives! You will work with legacy databases, lease documents, and historic records in order to extract, clean, and consolidate key property information. Your work will directly support the successful migration and integration of new data into a new asset management database. This role will involve the mining of historic / previously used databases to locate and extract specific data points, reviewing historic leases to identify relevant information, standardising and cleaning data for consistency and accuracy, and migration. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have experience with large datasets, within a property, housing, or asset management background. This will need to include a familiarity with lease documents and property-related legal terminology. What you'll get in return
Hybrid working, predominantly working from home.
Up to £400 per day.
6 month initial contract term.
