Provisioning Data Analyst Provisioning Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data on the organization’s logistics and provisioning Cross-Company functions associated with the Project. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with but not limited to leveraging your technical expertise and consultative skills to drive client engagements, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of our solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will act as a bridge between technology and business, helping clients transform their operations and achieve strategic objectives. Responsibilities • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored technical solutions that align with their objectives. • Lead the design and implementation of complex systems and applications, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices. • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on system functionalities and best usage practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts (SMEs), lead technicians, product management, engineering, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and insights to foster long-term relationships. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions. • Provisioning and de-provisioning access rights, entitlements, installations and configurations • Performing verification of proper authentication and authorization that adheres to all security policies and procedures Required and Preferred Qualifications Required: • 2+ years of experience in a technical consulting role or a similar position. • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. • Proven experience in implementing and managing enterprise-level applications and systems. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex technical issues. • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Preferred: • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. • Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP).
