Term: Contract to (direct) hire Location: Remote Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Python Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and optimize intelligent AI-driven systems. This role focuses on developing agent-based AI solutions, crafting high-quality prompts, and integrating data-driven insights into scalable applications. The ideal candidate combines strong Python development expertise with prompt engineering proficiency and excellent communication skills. Experience with Looker is a plus. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop agentic AI systems using Python and modern AI frameworks • Engineer, test, and optimize prompts for LLM-based applications to improve accuracy and performance • Build scalable backend services and APIs to support AI-powered workflows • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and analytics tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Document architecture, workflows, and best practices • Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and techniques to improve system capabilities Required Qualifications • Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade applications • Hands-on experience developing agentic or autonomous AI systems • Solid expertise in prompt engineering and LLM optimization • Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and data sources • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Looker for data visualization and analytics • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) • Understanding of data pipelines and data modeling What We’re Looking For • A self-driven developer who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments • Strong collaborator capable of explaining complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Passion for building intelligent, scalable AI solutions About the Company PSR Associates is a consulting and talent solutions firm that connects qualified IT professionals with great opportunities.
