Who Weβre Looking For:
Seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Python Developer to join our team on a 12-month contract with strong potential for conversion to full-time. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Python development, analytics, and problem-solving to support innovative solutions in healthcare technology. You will contribute to projects leveraging data analytics, large language models (LLMs), and cloud-based tools to drive impactful results.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust Python applications with an emphasis on OOP principles, unit testing, and libraries such as pandas.
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and optimize processes.
Collaborate on projects involving large language models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
Develop and maintain scalable solutions on AWS infrastructure.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
Build and support dashboards to visualize key business and operational metrics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Analytics skills β data wrangling, statistical methods, exploratory analysis
Critical thinking and problem-solving β ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
