Job Description
We are hiring Python engineers to support payments data migration from recently acquired Bank into our Bankβs payments ecosystem. Our environment uses Clear2Pay (FIS) as a hosted platform, and the target downstream ecosystem includes Oracle-based payment applications. Youβll build transformation jobs that map payment data (templates, receivers, recurring payments, profiles, ACH/wire constructs) into formats required for ingestion into Fifth Third platforms The contract will be short-term through the end of October or sooner. It can sit remotely working EST or CST.
Responsibilities
β’ Build Python transformation jobs on Linux to process payment-related datasets
β’ Transform extracted payment data (templates/receivers/recurring/profiles) into target formats
β’ Integrate outputs for Clear2Pay ingestion and/or Oracle persistence
β’ Create mapping/validation rules; ensure data quality and reconciliation readiness
β’ Write SQL for Oracle (and DB2 if required upstream) for validation and load support
β’ Partner with Java teams supporting batch processing and service ingestion
