Position: Exceptional Software Engineers (Coding Agent Experience) Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $70–$110/hour Location: Remote Duration: 24-hour sprint (starting within 1–2 weeks) Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities (Training Support Will Be Provided) • Support advanced AI labs in building high-performance, scalable systems for next-generation machine learning applications • Configure environments, design databases, and develop robust APIs and service layers • Integrate and optimize systems interfacing with cutting-edge AI models • Collaborate asynchronously with technical and AI research teams to ensure reliable, production-quality outcomes Requirements • Strong experience using coding agents as part of the software engineering workflow • Strong experience in elite software engineering environments (e.g., top-tier startups, quantitative trading firms, hedge funds) • Degree in Computer Science from a prestigious university • Proven success in leading complex database schema design • Expert-level proficiency in API development, testing, and integration • Highly skilled in SQL and database structuring • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills Application process (Takes 20 min) • Submit your resume • Complete a short AI-led interview.
